1. Do a good job in water treatment to achieve effective conversion of heat energy
After a period of boiler operation, due to water quality reasons, scaling often occurs inside the boiler. These phenomena not only encroach on the volume of the boiler, but also the thickness of the scaling can have a significant impact on the heat supply of the boiler. According to experiments, 1 mm of scaling in the boiler increases fuel consumption by 3%, so it is necessary to properly handle the water. In the current environment, a commonly used water treatment method is to use a sodium ion countercurrent regeneration exchanger. This equipment has a strong adaptability to raw water, and the water output and quality of the treated water are relatively good. The water treatment effect is relatively ideal. In addition, vacuum deoxidization is also used for water treatment in some large and medium-sized boilers. Compared to atmospheric deoxidization, vacuum deoxidization can save a lot of fuel and reduce the loss of exhaust smoke.
2. Clean up the accumulated dust in the furnace
During boiler operation, the demand for fuel is very large, and it is inevitable that a large amount of ash deposits will be generated during fuel combustion. However, ash deposits have a significant impact on the thermal efficiency of the boiler. When the thickness of ash deposits in the boiler reaches 1 mm, the thermal efficiency of the boiler will correspondingly decrease by 3 to 4 percent. Therefore, to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler during boiler operation, it is necessary to promptly remove the ash deposits in the boiler. For gas fired boilers, a good way to remove ash deposits is to use chemical methods. You can use gas fired boiler soot remover, put the soot remover into the spray gun, use compressed air to spray the soot remover into the furnace, and then let the soot remover burn in the furnace for 20 minutes. The ash deposits in the boiler are cleaned, ensuring the cleanness of the heating surface, and reducing the heat loss of the boiler.
3. Maintain the boiler well
The operation of a boiler is carried out in a high-temperature environment. The boiler temperature is relatively high, so that both the boiler itself and the heating system will release heat to the surroundings, reducing heat energy. In order to effectively reduce heat loss, it is necessary to strengthen maintenance and management during boiler operation. 1、 The thermal insulation facilities for the boiler itself and pipelines should be well prepared, and the thermal insulation layer should be well prepared. 2、 In view of the heat loss caused by water leakage from the heating pipe network and valves, it is necessary to strengthen the inspection of the pipe network and take good thermal insulation measures for the heating pipe network. Third, when using hot water pipes to exhaust steam from steam collecting tanks, automatic exhaust valves should be used to avoid indiscriminate discharge of water. Fourth, it is necessary to regularly inspect the valves and joints of the heating system to prevent water leakage.
4. Establish energy-saving awareness and improve management level
To do a good job in energy conservation control of boilers and heating systems, people should not only consider technology, but also cultivate people's awareness of energy conservation. Through strengthening publicity work, a situation in which everyone cares about energy conservation should be formed. Strengthening management should be carried out from two aspects: one is technical management, which requires the establishment of a complete technical management system based on actual needs, and standardized management of boiler sampling devices, water quality testing, etc. The other is cost management. On the basis of paying attention to the boiler and heating system, it is necessary to minimize the operating costs of the boiler, reduce natural losses, and plan the heat supply of the boiler in advance.
