What other applications are there for waste heat boilers?

Through research, it is understood that waste heat utilization affects a wide range of industries and is making progress in various fields of heat energy utilization. Due to different fields, methods vary From the research, not only has a new understanding of the utilization of waste heat been gained, but also many new methods of waste heat utilization have been discovered.
For example, there are three main methods for utilizing engine waste heat, namely, thermoelectric power generation, exhaust gas turbine power generation, and fluorocarbon turbine power generation. Thermoelectric power generation mainly uses thermoelectric power generation materials for power generation, but due to the low energy conversion rate of thermoelectric materials, it is necessary to develop thermoelectric exchange materials with high conversion rate. Exhaust gas turbine power generation is the use of exhaust gas to drive a turbine to generate electricity, which has an impact on the performance of the engine and requires further research.
The 12 MW manganese silicon ferroalloy submerged arc furnace flue gas generator in China was operated at China Steel Group Guangxi Ferroalloy Co., Ltd. on September 21, 2009. This equipment mainly uses the energy from the residual heat in the flue gas to generate electricity. The residual heat utilization in power plants mainly adopts heat pump technology, which is a machine that transfers the heat energy from the low temperature level to the high temperature level. In principle, heat pumps and refrigerators are the same, but the difference lies in the purpose of use. Although using heat pump technology can reduce the temperature of circulating cooling water, it is not easy to meet national emission standards. Therefore, the main problem of heat pump technology in utilizing waste heat from power plants is also the issue of water temperature.
For example, the waste heat utilization of air conditioners is closely related to family life because air conditioners are installed indoors. Traditional air conditioners typically exhaust the heat absorbed indoors through outdoor units, which not only generates a lot of greenhouse gases, but also wastes a lot of heat energy in vain. The following describes in detail a method for processing hot water using waste heat from air conditioners, with the following steps:
Install a water separator in the high temperature area of the air conditioning condenser, which contains 50% to full of condensing tubes in the high temperature area and forms an independent closed heat exchange zone;
II. Connect the output end of the water separator to the input end of the hot water tank, and connect the output end of the hot water tank to the input end of the water separator. After the water in the hot water tank enters the high-temperature area of the condenser through the input end of the water separator, it is heated by the residual heat emitted by the condenser pipe, and then returns to the hot water tank through the output end of the water separator to form circulating water heat.
